How long will my brownies keep?

Your brownies will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge.

They are suitable for home freezing. Freeze by the best before date and consume within three months. Once thawed do not refreeze.

How should I serve my brownies?

Bring your brownies up to room temperature for a melting velvety texture. For a firmer bite, or for the greedier less patient consumer, devour straight from the fridge.

What size are Fidelma's Kitchen brownies?

You are ordering a brownie slab, cut into twelve 5cm x 3.75cm brownies.

The weight ranges from 500g to 650g depending on flavour.

Are your brownies gluten free?

No, none of my brownies are gluten free.

Do your brownies contain allergens?

Yes all my brownies contain butter, eggs and wheat flour. All brownies are made in a kitchen where nuts and sesame are used. Click here for full ingredient list.

I am having a party, can I order larger quantities of brownies?

Yes, please get in touch using the contact form below.

Could I order a box of mixed flavour brownies?

You can always ask! Contact me using the form below and I will try to accommodate your request. However this may not always be possible.

Please may I have the recipe for your brownies?

Simple answer, no!

 

Delivery & Returns

When will my brownies be delivered?

Delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom:
Please select your preferred dispatch date on the cart page. Orders are currently being dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail are still aiming to deliver first class packages by the next working day. However due to the coronavirus outbreak it may take up to a week. Please contact me if you have not received your order after 4 working days so I can look into it for you.

Delivery to addresses within the Republic of Ireland:
I have suspended all deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Europe during the coronavirus crisis.

No orders will be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Your brownies will be delivered in a box that fits through most U.K. letterboxes so you shouldn't need to wait in for them.

You will receive an email confirming your order, and another to notify you your order has been dispatched. 

Please make sure you receive a receipt of payment via email as well as a confirmation of your order. Failure of either to arrive might indicate that the order has not gone through. 

I am sending as a gift, can I add a personal message?

Of course. On the cart page, use the box "Add a gift message or delivery instructions" to add your short message. I will include a hand written card with your message.

I am ordering multiple boxes as gifts, how to I send them to multiple addresses?

On the cart page, use the box "Add a gift message or delivery instructions" to add a note to your order letting me know where to send them. Please be specific if you are ordering different flavours. (e.g. Pecan Brownies: Mrs A, Street 1 / Chocolate Brownies: Mr B, Street 2)

Can I order my brownies in advance?

Yes! Select a preferred dispatch date on the cart page and I will do my best to meet your request. Please note you are selecting the dispatch date NOT the arrival date.

N.B. If you need to guarantee they arrive on a certain day then please contact me before placing your order.

How will my brownies be packaged?

Your brownies will be wrapped in parchment paper and purple tissue. They will be packaged and posted in a cardboard postal box designed to fit through most U.K. letterboxes.

Can I return my brownies?

I love happy customers and am confident you will love your brownies.
However if anything falls short of your expectations please get in touch as soon your delivery arrives. I will do my best to correct any problems.
